Balkan SAYS 2023 was held by the Euro-Atlantic Council of Slovenia on 14-16th September in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

President of YATA Türkiye Mustafa Eracar, alongside Vice President for Public Diplomacy of YATA Türkiye, Harun Raşit Yarar, represented YATA Türkiye at the event.

Discussed topics on panels were NATO Enlargement, Contemporary Security Issues in West Balkans, War in Ukraine, International Partnerships and the EU’s Role in International Security, and Emerging Technologies and Critical Infrastructure. Attendees actively participated in workshops to engage in in-depth discussions on these pivotal topics.
